RAM: G Skill Trident Z, 32 GB, 3200MHz (16 x 2)

Motherboard: Asus Z490-A Prime

Audio: Realtek ALCS1220A

Ethernet: Intel I225-LM

Wifi/BT: Broadcom 4360 802.11ac

Guide Followed: OpenCore Desktop Guide, but mostly trying things out with Monterey at this point

Hi, my 10700K Build has been running Big Sur so stable, that I decided to (without much precaution) update to Monterey -

Now even when it does fully boot up, it runs for a few minutes or less, then kernel panics every time. The panic is always referencing this "systemstats" followed by WhateverGreen, and AppleIOKit etc - I'll upload other helpful stuff in my comments below:
