What is MCHC device?

I'm looking to understand SSDT-SBUS-MSHC.dsl from OpenCore ACPI samples. SBUS part is partially clear to me, it declares SBUS.

But what is MCHC and why it's even added there? I can't find any explanation what that is, nor I managed to find who actually first wrote that SSDT.
