I built a 15 inch Hackintosh using the components from an M1 MacBook Air for what might be the first Apple Silicon-based Hackintosh. It really worked! It's still very much a work in progress, but I dropped the components into a Dell Latitude E5530 and then connected the display and keyboard back to the MacBook Air's motherboard. Here's all of the detail:
