Purchased B550 Vision D used from Amazon, but 3 Fan bins are bent..

Purchased B550 Vision D used from Amazon around $190, but 3 Fan bins are bent..

Do I need to return it?

I am not sure I can get vision d at this price.

Or can you recommend any intel/amd-compatiable motherboard other than vision d and vision g? It looks like it is very difficult to get a new z490 vision g/d and b550 vision d.
