Hardware: Ryzen 5 3600, 16 GB RAM, RX 580 I've been using Catalina on it with OpenCore 0.7.0 these past few months (was using OC 0.6.4 before that from when I set it up it over a year ago). Since Monterey comes out later today, I thought of getting ready for it and installing it on a hard drive to see if I like it or not (I know it would be sluggish on a spinning hard drive but I wanted to test if I messed something up while preparing OC). So I downloaded OC 0.7.4 Debug last night and followed the Dortania guide. Downloaded the latest beta of Monterey using gibMacOS and created a bootable flash drive following Apple's documentation. However, for some reason, OC 0.7.4 just didn't't show macOS Installer. Since I was dealing with Monterey beta earlier, I downloaded Big Sur 11.6 from the App Store directly. That also didn't work. When I tried booting into Catalina next with OC 0.7.0 with my flash drive connected, that showed the macOS installers (Monterey as well as Big Sur). However, OC 0.7.4 doesn't show it.
