So I am guessing Apple will release macOS Monterey in the next few days, and I want to upgrade my Ryzentosh (currently on the latest version of Catalina). I'm on OpenCore 0.7.0 and will update to 0.7.4. So I had the following questions.
- Has there been any significant change in how macOS and OpenCore work together (Catalina vs Monterey)?
- Any tips for what I should do to prepare so that the upgrade goes as smoothly as possible? I will keep a Time Machine backup, including system files.
- Can I re-install Catalina from that Time Machine backup should the upgrade go south?
