Issues after screen replacement

Hi everyone, I replaced my Lenovo T440s screen from the original to an IPS one from AliExpress.

I’m running on Big Sur; boots perfect until it start loading the OS (apple logo) when it crashes and everything is messed up.

I can fix it putting on sleep/wake or connecting to my external display via miniDP.

Anyone have any clue to get this normal?
