I reset my NVRAM and now I don't see any option to Boot from my OC Bootdisk.

I am in the process of upgrading OC v0.7.3 for a clean install of Big Sur

I followed the OG guide to the letter and created the boot disk

While in the process of attempting to boot into the USB disk my fat fingers hit the delete NVRAM option

After the reboot I no longer see an option to boot OC booting from the USB disk

Does anyone know how I can resolve this matter ?
