Help with Gigabyte H470M DS3H

Looking for any help with creating a functional USB boot drive to install Catalina.

I have used both opencore and unibeast, and have had no success, so kinda leaning towards a bios config issue. But I have setup according to the common bios settings.

Errors out in OpenCore at

ocsmc: smcreadvalue key 4d535463 size 1

played with these most common settings.
RebuildAppleMemoryMap
SetupVirtualMap
EnableWriteUnprotector
