[HELP] USB boot drive fails and idk what to do

X370 Motherboard

Ryzen 7 2700

AMD RX 580 - 4GB

Crucial P5 NVMe SSD - 1TB

Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377

Realtek RTL8111H

32 GB DDR4 at 3200MHz

I followed the OpenCore guide and got to the boot option on the USB. It seemed to work fine at first but then i think it crashed and booted back into Windows 11.

Can anyone tell me what went wrong from this file?
