Help please, I don't know what is wrong.

This error is what is displayed, before aborting altogether and booting Windows 10

Alright, I've been stuck with this part for many days now, I've even gone through the extent of having formatted a hard drive (thankful for backups, otherwise I'd have lost a lot of documents).I've created the USB on Windows (to no avail, online installers suck), so I have now created an offline USB through a virtual machine with Mac Catalina.My laptop is an HP Pavilion 15 cs3073cl (or cs3xxx, if you prefer) with the following specs:

CPU: Intel Core i7-1065G7
Processor GPU: Intel Iris Plus Graphics 8 GB video ram (8210 MB aprox, and 128 VRAM)
* also, has NVIDIA GeForce MX250 integrated render
RAM: 16 GB DDR4-2666 SDRAM (2 x 8 GB)
Motherboard/Laptop Make and Model: HP Pavilion 15 cs3xxx
BIOS revision: F10

My problem, is that I don't know what is going on, and what do I need to fix this issue... at this point, I can only suspect that my error is on the config.plist file, it has to be the only explanation, can anyone here help me with this? Please?And also, my laptop has an SSD and an HDD, in the SSD I have installed my Windows, I want to install the MacOS on the HDD, is this possible?
