[HELP] Failed Big Sur fresh install on AsRock z490 itx/TB3 (An error preparing software update)

Error message

Hi! Need help! I am trying to build desktop on very common (as i believed) platform:

---------------------------------------
SPECS:
DESKTOP MODEL: Asrock Z490 Phantom Gaming itx/t3 (BIOS updated)

CPU: INTEL CPU: i9 i10900

RAM: 2x32GB 2400MHz Memory Kingstone DDR4

GPU: Integrated UHD Graphics 630 + Gigabyte RX580 4 gb

KEYBOARD: Standard PS/2 Keyboard

NETWORK ADAPTER: motherboard builtin RTL8125 + intel WiFi

DISK: 2x M.2 Samsung NVME 980 EVO 1GB
---------------------------------------

Used OpenCore 0.7.4.

EFI and BIOS settings double checked

EFI content

Actually I`ve tried EVERYTHING!!! OpenCore, Clover, i`ve builded my own EFI with basic stuff, with minimum kexts, with motherboard specific kexts. I`ve tried EFI from successful builds.

On the first stage of installation everything worked normal - ethernet, even WiFi, iGPU, GPU RX580 all the stuff looks great.

But every time after first reboot there was two basic scenarios:

  1. install stuck on 30% at this screen

i waited here for few hours but no success

  1. Second scenario - Install failed with

Error screen

Normally this error is caused by lack of free space. But this is CLEAN INSTALL and disc is fresh formatted APFS and totally empty!!! After fail i've found 2 partitions on target disk:

FIrst partition

Second partition

Size of MacOsInstallData folder looks correct - about 12 GB

After studying some logs, I found the following:

last line with error

at first i was thinking that the problem was with Samsung NVME but installation on SATA HDD ended up the same way.

I am out of ideas or the solution is above my competence... :(

But i still hoping that it is something stupid i've missed

Any ideas?
