can i install hackintosh on an ssd that already has files on it

i have a samsung 860 evo m.2 Sata, which im told it can run high sierra, but that drive has about 500 gb of used space of files that i use, and 400gb empty which is more than enough to install a hackintosh on, can i install macos on it without having to format it and delete the files on it
