AppleALC Doesn't Work on Lenovo z51-70

I installed MacOS 10.5.7 on my laptop Lenovo Z51-70 using openCore 0.6.6 for some reasons, there was problems with latest versions (i.e. openCore). Now the audio don't work with appleALC my sound card is Realtek with codec ALC236, I tried every layout mentioned in their GitHub repo and none of theme work. The wifi card also Airportltwm doesn't work, Wifi only work with ltmw and Helioapp I need Airdrop

so any help with audio and wifi ?
