What RAM to choose for z390 Designare build?

I've looked at many "Success" configs here but I'm still confused about the RAM I should choose for a z390 Designare/i9-9900k build (Note: I plan to use Mojave for compatibility with audio devices).

I've also looked at the compatibility list on the Gigabyte website but since the MB is quite old, it does not help me.

If someone can tell me what RAM to choose it would be very helpful.

Which Brands? HyperX Fury, Crucial Ballistix or Corsair Vengeance ? Which frequency? 3000, 3200 or higher ?

Or maybe they are all fine as long they are DDR4 ?
