Trying to install OpenCore 0.7.2 + BigSur 11.2.3 and it stuck

Hello guys, I need help for I'm trying to install OpenCore 0.7.2 + BigSur 11.2.3 and it stuck.

MB: Gigabyte Z490M Gaming X
CPU: Intel i5 10600K
GPU: no dGPU (iGPU only) UHD 630
Disk: Samsung 970 EVO Plus nvme M.2
RAM: 16GB (2x8Gb) Crucial Ballistix 2666Mhz DDR4
No Wi-Fi/Bt for now and I'm using my Ethernet connection.

EFI attached too.

I've rechecked my BIOS and config.plist settings for many times, then read several posts here with similar builds...
