random systemstats panic when using FakePCIID

I'm on latest version of macOS Monterey beta and I have this weird issue when using FakePCIID, I tried looking everywhere but I couldn't find anything about that. The only reason why I'm using FakePCIID is to get HDMI audio working (FakePCIID.kext + FakePCIID_Intel_HDMI_Audio.kext). Here is the panic log:

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z490 Gaming X

If anyone knows how to fix it/other way around to get HDMI audio working I would be really grateful. Thanks
