No bootable media from opencore usb after SSD swap

Hi

So I have a hac-mini opencore USB that I had used to install to a 250gb Samsung 970 evo nvme. I got a 2TB sabrent from a 2015macbook pro, and was going to wipe it in the recovery menu of the hac-mini after booting with the USB.

Every time I try to boot I get no bootable media detected

The usb was working fine before… secure boot is off, can’t think of any other Bios quirk either

Any idea why it would stop working? EFI is legit and confirmed working previously , had Mojave installed.

Greatly appreciate any advice to get back up and running
