Load image failed

I have been trying to get my hackintosh working from windows for 3 days now and keep getting load image failed with this hardware

• CPU: i7 9700k
• GPU: sapphire rx 580
• RAM: 32gb corsair vengeance pro
• Motherboard/Laptop model: gigabyte z390 aorus pro wifi
• Wifi/BT Card: (if available) Onboard Intel® CNVi 802.11ac 2x2 Wave 2 Wi-Fi

if you have any suggestions or comments that would be greatly appreciated I have all my kexts and .aml files right as well as config.plist and do not know what's wrong
