Is there a way to install keyboard and monitor support on windows?

Hi,

I just installed a window 10 on my hackintosh. Basic functionalities are working, but I'm missing two things

1. I can't control volume or screen brightness with my keyboard
2. My LG 5k's speaker and usbs don't work.

When I install windows 10 on my MacBook 16, it installs some softwares that enable keyboard control.

Is there a way to install such software manually?
