Help, opencore Big sure doesn't resume installation after reboot.

I'm new in hackintosh world, after the recovery installation, my pc boots into windows.

I tried open boot manager -> opencore in my usb and the only options are : Windows, Mac Os Installation and USB.

I've tried every option but I haven't found a way to complete the installation.
