Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Pro WIFI i9-9900k build - A few hiccups, can anyone help (Universal clipboard, video signal loss, apple tv)

OS: Big Sur 11.4

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Wifi Pro

CPU: Intel i9-9900k @ 5gz

RAM: Crucial Ballistix 3200 MHz DDR4 DRAM @ 64gb 3200mhz

GPU: Sapphire Radeon RX580 Pulse 8GB

BT/Wifi Card: BCM4360 AC1200

I just finished building this thing, and it's working pretty great. There's just a couple wrinkles I'd like to smooth out if possible, but the documentation for this is sparse or nonexistent, so i'm wondering if any of you fine folks know anything that could help me.

The main one I'd like to overcome is getting universal clipboard working. Handoff/Airdrop/etc all work exactly as they should, universal clipboard is the only one not working. I'm using a BCM4360 AC1200 Wifi/BT card (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07T9JD93Y/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00) which seems to be natively supported in all other regards.

additionally, i notice that when i switch my monitor to a different input (I'm swapping between a windows pc and the hackintosh while I iron out these details) I lose video signal, until I unplug and replug the HDMI/DP not once, not twice, but three times. Then it comes right back. All sleep/hibernate functions are disabled.

Another small blip is that Apple TV doesn't seem to work. I don't ever use Apple TV so it's not something that's going to kill me, but Jon Stewart's new show starts this month and that's basically the only reason i have an Apple TV subscription heh.
