Getting a black screen when trying to boot into the Big Sur (11.2.3) installer after gIOScreenLockState 3

Hardware: USB Keyboard+Mouse, MPOW Bluetooth 4.0 Dongle, Monitor connected via a DVI to HDMI cable

Motherboard: MSI B360-A PRO

CPU: i5-8400

GPU: Intel UHD 630

RAM: 24GB (various sticks)

Audio Codec: Realtek ALC892

Ethernet: Intel I219-V Gigabit LAN

Wifi/BT: N/A (unless the dongle counts)

Guide Followed: https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Install-Guide/

When booting into the installer, I get to this same point every time and then the screen will go black and my monitor will show that there is no signal, until my computer shuts down a while after (CORRECTION: it actually goes to sleep. I pressed the power button and it was still at the black screen). As far as I am aware all my BIOS settings are correct too. I've tried messing around with Framebuffer and connector type patches to no avail. As mentioned above I am using the DVI port on my motherboard so could this be the issue? Or is it something else entirely? I've never had any success with Opencore so any help is appreciated.

Here's my EFI for reference.

(also I tested out Catalina as well but it just reboots my computer straight away)
