Downgrading hackintosh

CPU: i5 1035G1
RAM: ddr4 4gbSSD: 128gb
GPU: intel UHD graphics
laptop model: hp 14s-dq1016tu
OpenCore: 0.7.2

Hi, i'm trying to downgrading my Hackintosh laptop.
Big Sur to Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-catalina-on-supported-pc.html'>Catalina.
I made Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-catalina-on-supported-pc.html'>Catalina install media so I tried to boot with my EFI.
Yes! I could boot it.But macOS utilities doesn't show up.So I couldn't downgrade it.
how can I do to fix this error?

Current: My laptop boots with original Big Sur.
