Downgrading hackintosh

RAM: ddr4 4gbSSD: 128gb
GPU: intel UHD graphics
laptop model: hp 14s-dq1016tu
OC: 0.7.2

Hi, i'm trying to downgrading my hackintosh laptop.
Big sur to Catalina.
I made Catalina install media so I tried to boot with my EFI.
Yes! I could boot it.But macOS utilities doesn't show up.So I couldn't downgrade it.
how can I do to fix this error?

Current: My laptop boots with original big sur.
