Disable SSD causing problems

Hardware:

CPU: Intel Core i7 1065G7 @ 1.30GHz

GPU: Intel Iris Plus Graphics (HP)

RAM: 8GB Memory, DDR4-2666 Micron Technology

Motherboard: Mac-0CFF9C7C2B63DF8D (Laptop)

Audio Codec Realtek High Definition Audio

Ethernet Card: None

Wifi/BT Card: RTL8188EU

Storage: 238GB Micron MTFDHBA256TCK-1AS1AABHA (NVMe and SSD), 238GB Hitachi HKVSN ESSD-T100/256GB SCSI Disk Device (USB, SATA and SSD)

I followed the dortania guide.

I am having issues with my Micron SSD because it is not supported even with NVMeFix. The SSD prevents me from entering the MacOS Recovery as it throws an Kernel Panic. I do not want to install MacOS in here so I need to disable it. The problem is that my main operating system (Windows) is installed here and so is the BIOS and everything. I need a way to hide but not disable the Micron SSD. I am planning to only install MacOS into the external SSD (Hitachi HKVSN) and leave the other SSD alone.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance!
