Cannot install Big Sur 11.2

CPU: Intel Core i5-10300H
iGPU: Intel UHD 630
dGPU: Nvidia GTX 1650 (disabled using -wegnoegpu in boot args)
Laptop: Dell G3 3500
Ethernet: Realtek Gigabyte
Wifi: Intel Wireless-AC 9462

Hi, I'm trying to install Big Sur 11.2 alongside Windows 10 using OpenCore. I get a Kernel Panic before the first install

ALSO: After making these changes to the config file-

• EnableWriteUnprotector -> True
• RebuildAppleMemoryMap -> False
• SyncRuntimePermissions -> False
  I'm getting a bootloop. It says "HID: Legacy shim 2" and immediately reboots.
