Z440 works fine with 1620v3 but kernel panic with 2680v3

Hello Every one,

I was able to successfully run BS 11.5.2 on HP Z440 with the following specs. Open core 0.7.2.

Existing setup

Later, I found a good deal on Intel Xeon E5-2680 V3. I purchased the CPU and replaced the 1620v3 with 2680v3. I was expecting the hackintosh boots no problem with this CPU but it wont.

I tried the cpu with windows and it boots ok and there is no problem with CPU.

Any suggestion?
