Very peculiar incident.

So I installed macOS Big sur on my acer aspire 715-75G using the opencore bootloader (vanilla install) following dortania's guide with freshly generated smbios etc.. made the whole efi myself with all latest kexts etc and it installed without an issue . I came back to check on it about 30 mins after the installer had finished and was on the welcome screen.. I did the regular choose country , choose wifi network etc.. after this step I was greeted with a notice which said "This computer is remotely managed by St. Jude Children's Research Hospital " and an address was given below if I had any issue.. There was no option to cancel or setup as fresh install .. just a single continue button.. I freaked out and did a NVRAM reset , followed by another reset but everytime I restarted , that message came coming up .. Then I just switched off my wifi router and restarted the pc and that message disappered.. I quickly generated a fresh smbios and that was the end of this message.. How did this happen ?

TLDR- Setup assistant says computer remotely managed ; turning off internet and restarting the PC fixes the issue.
