USB ports not working

I installed macOS on my PC at the start of this year, couldn't get iMessage or FaceTime to work so I gave up, booted it up recently and miraculously they both work now. This is on Catalina and all my USB ports were working

I then decided to upgrade to Big Sur via the normal software update through system preferences, when I got into Big Sur my mouse was immediately not working but my keyboard was, I figured out that only some ports were working, did a bit of Googling, found out how to manually map my ports but then not every port I checked showed up on Hackintool, I've tried using XHCIunsupported.kext but that hasn't worked.

Anyone got any ideas? My front panel has 3/4 working, I've got a USB hub that is receiving power and sending power to my mic but no data as the WaveLink software isn't detecting it. My keyboard also appears to be using 3 ports when it only has 2 USB cables.
