Someone Please tell me how to make my Mac think that my ethernet is Wi-Fi and also my Mac is not restarting

*Dell Optiplex 3080.* i7 10th gen. *intel uhd 630.*Dell OptiPlex 3080.*Realtek ALC 256.*Realtek RTL8111.*No Wifi , Tp link ub 400.*Followed the official guide .*Continuty/Handoff

Someone Please tell me how to make my Mac think that my ethernet is Wi-Fi . I Want to do this so that I can use features like handoff/Continuty.

Also,

my Mac shutdowns and starts up properly but the restart doesn't work as expected the Mac fully shuts down but the light on the cpu is active but the blinking light (memory usage I guess) doesn't blink so I have to forcefully stop it.

I have windows also installed but I would like windows alone to run normally without smbios and all that but also appear at the clover menu (creating some kind of bypass)
