Opencore problems - Updating from 068 - 072 on BigSur - Updating OpenCore kills boot time and Wifi/handoff

So I'm really not sure what I'm doing wrong but OC (68) has been working pretty good on BigSur 11.3 , wifi, Bluetooth handoff etc work fine on my using 94360CD PCI card.

Summary of my setup that works fins on 68 - SMBIOS iMac (15,1) - i7-4790K (Haswell) - H97M-D3H Board - w/ GTX760 GPU

Everything was working reasonably fine on OC 68 (maybe 1-2 panics a month) but things start completely not working on Opencore 72

Ive read that "Big Sur won't work with the standard AirportBrcmFixup.kext. Due to one of the injector kexts in the plugin folder not being supported in Big Sur"

So I have tried setting MaxKernel 19.9.9 for AirportBrcmFixup (didn't work) then deleted AirPortBrcm4360_Injector.kext from plugins folder and config ( didn't work )

Ive also tried deleting USBInjectsall and just using custom USBMap and visa versa ( didn't work ) Ive done OC validate to make sure my config matches with the newest sample..

After I update OC to 72 my boot time goes from 20 seconds (OC68) to 4 minutes (OC72) and WIFI just dies.. ( bluetooth works, ethernet works, Wifi is dead & handoff is dead)

This is really weird cause the bluetooth card in on the BCM94360CD PCI card so i would have assumed if one stops working so would the other.. but nope.. bluetooth is fine ..wifi is dead,

Copy of my EFI can be seen here https://pastebin.com/U55cgEYA

don't understand why OC 68 + BigSur 11.3 runs good on my setup but can't run properly in OC72 ..

maybe I should just keep the old version of OpenCore but this is just driving me nuts..lol

Any ideas what I could be doing wrong?
