need advice before trying Hackintoshing

So for the past two days I've been trying to make KVM Single Gpu Passthrough MacOS.

I get stuck at booting the OS, more specifically at or near gIOScreenLockState = 3.

I have tried changing boot parameters according to troubleshooting guide section for that specific issue: pikera, different smbios etc.

By using some combination of boot args, I've managed to get past this but then get stuck at black screen. So at the end of the day I either get stuck at earlier mentioned or get a black screen.

I am limited to using a VGA connector (with hdmi adapter). Could this be the issue?

My specs:

R5 1600 AF

MSI B450 Gaming Plus Max

16 GB RAM

Asrock RX 5500 XT 8GB

My final question is, does this mean that If I try to do bare metal vanilla OpenCore install on my system I would be stuck with the same problem, or is this KVM only problem?
