Motherboard for 2 gpu's & Power Supply

Hi there.I need a motherboard for 2 gpu's- RTX 3080 (win only)- Sapphire Puls AMD Radeon RX 550 1206MHz (OSX only)

The motherboard should also support thunderbolt and will run a"Intel Core i9 10900K 10x 5.3GHz"

I am not sure how Bios deals with 2 gpu's. I do not expect that the RTX would get like 400 watts when the mainboard uses OSX via the sapphire.So does a 850Watts one the job? Or should I go for 1000+?

I was not able to find gpu lists that respect Thunderbolt, 2 gpu's and are also Hackintosh compatible.

The Gigabyte Z590 GAMING X, Intel Z590 should be able to run 2 gpu's + does support thunderbolt. But most likely it is not Hackintosh compatible.
