Trying to install macOS Catalina using OpenCore, and have closely followed the Dortania guide. I'm able to get to the set of options when booting from the USB, but after I select the "Install macOS Catalina (External)" option, it continually reboots giving the same error, which I've attached the .txt file below.
I'm not super knowledgeable on this stuff, so if anyone has an idea of what the issue is any help is appreciated!
