I referred to this guide, adding some fixes:

- Updated to OpenCore 0.7.2

- Added Wi-Fi/Bluetooth kexts

- Unflagged XhciPortLimit (bugged in Big Sur)

- Updated SM-BIOS in iMac20.2 (also in USBPort)

- Added support for Marvell Ethernet

What's work:

- GPU

- CPU

- Audio

- USBs

- Ethernet (Intel, Marvell)

- Wi-Fi/Bluetooth

- iMessage/FaceTime

What's not working:

- DRM (Netflix Safari) *I'll try to fix it

- iGPU (disabled with OpenCore cause motherboard has no support)
