mac OS reboots with 2 minutes to go

I'm installing Mojave after building my OpenCore USB, but when it gets to 2 minutes left it reboots back to my OpenCore menu. I leave it and it goes straight back to the macOS main screen for installing or disk utility etc.. this has happened 4 times

I'm running an HP 8470 Laptop

i5-3210
8gb RAM
120gb SSD
Intel 4000 Graphics.

I have tried different USBs as well
