How can i convertmac install.app to a .dmg or iso on a windows machine?

Hey all,

so to try and summarise my issue I have downloaded my install MacOSbigsur.app from apple however my mac is kind of screwed up and unusable at the moment all I have is the install file app and a working windows machine.

I was hoping there was some way to do the conversion/image creation similar to how on mac disk manager lets you create the image by folder

if I can create the dmg or an iso from my windows machine with the app folder I will be able to sort my machine out but otherwise I am kinda boned,
