[HELP] Stuck in macOS Utilities screen after install

Hello there, i hope that someone can help me out with my issue here, since I am at a total loss at the moment.

I have a Athlon 200GE (I know that this is a poor CPU choice, it's only a substitute i use until i wait for my other CPU to arrive) a GTX 1070, 8GB of RAM and a Asus Rog Strix B450I.

Due to my GPU I'm trying to install macOS High Sierra using this guide: https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Install-Guide/

I'm able to install the system on my SSD without any issues, however, as soon as i try to choose my SSD Name in the OpenCore menu to finish the installation (setting password etc.) i get thrown back into the macOS Utilities Screen. I tried to search for answers online but couldnt find any.
