[HELP] OpenCore USB not booting

CPU: Intel Core m3 (6th Gen) 6Y30

GPU: HD515

RAM: 8GB

Laptop: ASUS Zenbook ux305ca

Audio: Realtek (Unknown codec)

Ethernet: Realtek

Good morning everyone, I hope you guys are well.

I am trying to install Big Sur but I am stuck at the very beginning.

In the past I had Catalina running flawlessly but with Clover, now I am trying Opencore (0.72)

I have started the USB creation using the official instructions from here:

OpenCore Install Guide (dortania.github.io)

I have followed the instructions for Laptop Skylake 100% (creating SSDT, only the necessary kexts etc) but I cant boot from the usb (method 1, creation using Windows machine, single partition).

I believe I am missing something from the config.plist to be able to boot as now when I boot from the usb it does not show me the usual OpenCore menu but just reboots.

This is my EFI folder, if anyone can assist I would really appreciate it!!!!
