[HELP] Acer Nitro 5 AN515-52-51

Hi, I'm trying to install the latest version of Big Sur on an Acer Nitro 5 AN515-52-51 but I have some problems.The Hardware is : I5-8300h - GTX 1050 - 8Gb RAM Kingston - Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller (Ethernet) - Intel Wireless AC 9560 (Wifi+Bluetooth).

I followed the dortania opencore guide.I can't boot on the MacOS Installer. Here you have my config.plist file and my opencore log file.
