Does anyone see any problems with this build?

Hello everyone, I've been digging through this forum a lot lately. I've recently acquired the space and budget for a full desk setup so I'm looking into building a PC that can accommodate gaming in Windows while also being able to cover my heavy use of MacOS. Originally I was planning to just dock my 2015 MBP but I don't want any limitations as I'm kind of spoiling myself with a new setup so I want to try and get every use case covered. I want to make sure that this investment's worth it for years to come. I'm hoping I can run my games with max settings (or close to it) and good fps on my 38" ultrawide.

I'm fairly confident with most of it, however, it's been ages since I've built a desktop (since before water cooling existed) and the last hackintosh I did was on a laptop as a teenager. Anything in terms of case compatibility and cooling are pretty much brand new to me again in terms of whether it'll be enough and if it'll all fit. So I just want to hear from some seasoned builders what they think of my build. Please let me know if I'm missing anything or if any of you have had bad experiences with something in my list. Thank you! Super excited to get this thing going, but want to make sure everything is squared away before I start buying things.
