Clover -no-compat-check boot arg for install unsupported macOS? Help

Hi. I have a laptop on Ivy Bridge (with a Clover bootloader). I recently learned about such a boot argument -no-compat-check. Question, can I install mac OS Big Sur/Monterey using this boot argument, but without changing my SMBIOS MacBookPro10,2? Thanks
