SSD that I installed hackintosh on doesn't show up in BIOS bootable devices, but present in Disk Util. [OC]

Hi, I'm trying to install Big Sur on an acer swift 3 sf314-52 128gb variant laptop, problem is my os got installed but the 128gb internal drive doesn't show up as bootable anymore. The drive is present and can be seen in the Disk Util part of the recovery.

This is my first Hackintosh so I'm really confused.

Specs of laptop:

I3 7100u HD 610 iGpu. 4Gb ram. 128 gb ssd SATA0.

I am guessing something is going wrong during the Opencore boot time chain handover.
