Help in Updating Opencore

Hello Everyone, My hackintosh is specced with i5-7400 with an rx570

Have been using it since Catalina and updated to Big Sur, but never bothered updating Opencore

Just like "If it ain't broke, Don't fix it"

It's on version OC 0.6.3, does updating mean just copying the new files with the old plist, or is there something else I need to do, I read in Dortania's Guide that I will have to compare the sample plist with mine, How do I do that.

Anybody having experience, please help!!
