[HELP] Borked updating opencore to 7.0

Was trying to update OpenCore to the latest in hopes of then updating the OS. I either misclicked something or missed a step.

Steps taken:

1. Used Hackintool to download latest OpenCore release
2. Mounted EFI
3. Copied files from the OpenCore release to my EFI

I am currently getting "Failed to load configuration" when I try to boot.

CPU:INTEL I7-9700K

Graphics: Vega 64
