Does it worth it updating opencore on my laptop? (from 0.6.2 to 0.7.1)

i have a asus vivobook x510 with running Opencore 0.6.2, almost 100%just trying to make more power efficiency rn

Does the new features with the update or should I keep the stable option rn?
