Dell Optiplex 7010 MT & Radeon R9 270 2GB Hackintosh

Hey guys,

I'm looking for some help and guidance installing macOS Catalina, or Big Sur on my Dell Optiplex 7010 MT.

SPEC: Dell Optiplex 7010 Version 01 - Intel Core i5 3470 @ 3.2GHz - 14GB RAM - 512 SSD - GPU: AMD Radeon 200 Series (2GB)

First question: Can I install macOS Catalina or Big Sur on this PC?

Second Question: How do I do that, does anyone have or know of a nice and easy guide for a first timer?
