OpenCore macOS Big Sur Intel Graphics UHD 620 laptop screen not work

I have already installed macOS Cataliana on my Dell Inspiron 15 3583, I used IntelGraphicsFixup to run my integrated screen but I only had 7mb of video memory, which did not bother me.

Now I wanted to install macOS Big Sur 11.3 but I only have a video output in HDMI with my 2048mb of video memory. macOS detects well the 2 screens (the integrated screen and my 45 inches HDMI screen)

It is therefore impossible for me to use my laptop screen

I now ask for your help

-Intel UHD Graphics 620
