[OC 0.7.0] Slow Hackintosh after installation

Hello everyone, I managed to install macOS Big Sur on my ThinkPad P14s, I followed the Dortania guide.

After installation, I followed this https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Post-Install/universal/pm.html

I found that my Hackintosh was getting laggy and the cooling is getting noisy a few minutes after boot. I think it is a power management problem. If it helps here are some screenshots of the CPU usage, IOService and Kexts, and SSDT folder.

Specs of my laptop are the followed :

CPU : I7 10510U
iGPU : UHD 630
dGPU : NVIDIA Quadro P520 (disabled)
WiFi / BT : Intel AX201

Smbios : MacBookPro 16,1
