HP laptop BigSur OC - restart itself if I close the lid (sleep related)

Hi All,

I have finally managed to get Big Sur up and running on my HP Envy 13 (Skylake based) laptop and the only issue I can find at this time is sleep not working properly. I followed the guide and fixed many things, in fact sleep now works if I select from the menu (Sleep) but if I close the lid it restart itself.

Any idea on where to start looking to fix this?
